How to Become a Merchant in JP Express
1. Submit Your Initial Application
Complete our Merchant Registration Form.
Provide your business name, address, contact details, and a copy of your business license.
2. Document Verification
Submit valid Trade License, TIN/VAT Certificate (if available), and National ID.
For companies, submit Incorporation Certificate or Partnership Deed.
3. Agreement Signing
Carefully read and sign our Merchant Service Agreement.
Key terms include:
Service usage guidelines
Payment schedule
Customs and legal responsibilities
Prohibition of misuse of the company’s brand name, logo, or services
4. System Access
Upon approval, you will receive Merchant Dashboard/Login Access.
From here, you can view Order Booking, Tracking, and Payment Status.
5. Payment & Commission Structure
Fixed service charges apply to each shipment.
Payment will be processed weekly or monthly as per agreement.
Special arrangements such as Prepaid or COD are available.
JP Express reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.
6. Product Type & Policies
Only legally permitted products can be shipped.
A list of restricted or prohibited items is available on our website.
Concealing product information will result in shipment cancellation and legal action.
7. Service & Support
A dedicated Merchant Support Team will assist you.
24/7 Shipment Tracking facility available.

📜 Additional Company Rules
Data Privacy Policy: Merchant’s personal and business information will be kept confidential, except when required by law.
Outstanding Payments: Accounts will be suspended if dues are not cleared within the specified period.
Policy Violations: JP Express reserves the right to terminate services if a merchant violates company policy or law.
Brand Reputation: The JP Express name or logo must not be used for false advertising, fraud, or misleading promotions.
Liability Clause: Any legal risk or damage caused by the merchant will be the merchant’s sole responsibility, including compensation.
Product Responsibility: Merchants are fully responsible for prohibited or counterfeit items in their shipments.
Right to Amend Policies: JP Express may update these rules at any time without prior notice.
